BIOWORKS has executed more than 150 wastewater treatment projects in 27 countries of the world. All worldwide treatment plants combined treat more than 3 Million m³/day, respectively the wastewaters of a total of 15 million people equivalents. Furthermore thousands of hectares of land are irrigated with clean effluent water and thus BIOWORKS responds the increasing worldwide water shortage.
